WHAT I EAT IN A DAY

Today I filmed my first “What I Eat in a Day” video. It was super fun to film and I definitely want to make more.

Basically today I ate:

  • Breakfast- Smoothie bowl made with bananas, blueberries, pineapple, spirulina and chia seeds.
  • Lunch- I went to Whole Foods and got a bunch of stuff from the salad bar. I got brown rice, red quinoa, corn salsa and kale.
  • Snack- Two apples and peanut butter.
  • Dinner- Spaghetti with mushrooms.
